• 07.30 – 08.00 : Participants Gather at the designated Meeting Point (GWD/Bangsring)
• 08.00 – 08.30: Briefing Trip and Trip Departure Preparation
• 08.30 – 09.00 : Journey to Menjangan Island Using Boat
• 09.00 – 10.00 : Photo Session on Menjangan Island
• 10.00 – 11.00 : Snorkeling Activity on Menjangan Island
• 11.00 – 12.00 : Lunch on Menjangan Island
• 12.00 – 13.00 : Continue the Journey to Tabuhan Island
• 13.00 – 15.00 : Snorkeling Activity and Photo Session on Tabuhan Island
• 15.00 – 16.00 : Return to Meeting Point

BOOKING

Guests are required to pay a Down Payment of the nominal amount stated in the booking confirmation.
DP can be paid via bank transfer. Account information or payment method will be provided in the booking confirmation.
The maximum payment time for Down Payment is H-1 from the agreed trip date.

RESCHEDULE

• Participants can reschedule the trip by confirming to the admin a maximum of three days (3 days) before the trip starts, more than that the reschedule request cannot be processed.
• Trip participants are only allowed to reschedule once (1x) to the desired trip date.

CANCELATION

Cancellation by Guest:

• If the guest cancels the order after paying the DP, the cancellation fee will be charged as follows:
• Cancellation before the departure date: DP is refunded after deducting an administration fee of 50% of the total DP
• Cancellation less than 7 days before the departure date: DP cannot be refunded or DP is forfeited.

Cancellation by Banana88Trans :

• If Banana88Trans cancels the trip due to unavoidable reasons (eg force majeure),
• DP will be refunded after deducting an administration fee of 30% of the total DP.

Terms and Conditions:

• Prices are valid for Indonesian citizens
• Prices do not apply during the peak season of Eid al-Fitr and Christmas and New Year (7 days before and after 7 days after departure) with a 20% surcharge

• The itinerary is not fixed and may change due to field conditions (traffic, weather) without affecting the overall schedule.
• You can always submit special requests to our team on the spot.
• We accept full payment or 30% upfront as a deposit, with the balance due no later than the first day of the tour.
• The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation by the guest. Rescheduling is sometimes possible with confirmation from the vendors (Hotel, Transportation, Conveniences, etc.).
• The minimum age limit for participants is 1 year and the maximum age is 65 years old and in good health.
• Participants who have registered for the Ijen Crater tour package are deemed to understand and agree to the terms and conditions above.
